Super-easy Mulled Holiday Cider



This is holiday crowd pleaser is quick and easy to make, sure to get compliments from family and friends. Our ciders are tart so we added a tablespoon of honey to this recipe. It is still not as cloyingly sweet as most mulled ciders, refreshing and less filling to drink. Of course, you can add more honey to taste depending on your crowd. Enjoy!

4 whole peppercorns

1 T honey

Directions:
Put all of the ingredients in a large sauce pan. Heat over medium until just simmering (you don't want to boil off all of the alcohol). Ladle into warm mugs. Optional and festive: Place one cinnamon stick in each mug.
Alternative: Use Woman's Work or Heritage cider instead of Cherry Bomb and add one cup fresh cranberries to the other ingredients before warming.
